NIE POLECAM. Biurko otrzymaliśmy z wadą (źle wykonane otwory w jednym elemencie). Biurko częściowo złożone i co dalej z tym zrobić, trzymać jako wystawkę w salonie aż Szanowni Państwo uznają reklamację? Mąż we własnym zakresie wykonał montaż niepasujących elementów. Po zasygnalizowaniu problemu najpierw piszą, czy chcemy nowy element czy rabat. Po wysłaniu zdjęć felernego elementu i jego własnego montażu informacja, że reklamacja nie uwzględniona i brak gwarancji. Ok, jestem po części to zrozumieć. Ale co mieliśmy z tym zrobić? Dziecko ma na podłodze odrabiać lekcje? Zero normalnego podejścia, tylko takie: kupiłeś to sobie sam radź. Poza tym elementy średniej jakości, nawet na gwarancję nie liczyłam bo co tu można naprawiać. Jeszcze raz NIE POLECAM
