Art. 17 Statutes: 1. To represent OPZZ entitled: 1) or Vice President OPZZ OPZZ; 2) other within the limits specified instructed by the Vice President or OPZZ. 2. Persons may incur financial obligations on behalf of the OPZZ authorizes such action bureau. 3. Making a commitment referred to in paragraph. 2, requires the combined action of at least two people, including the chairman or vice-chairman of OPZZ OPZZ. 4. To represent the regional territorial structure OPZZ are authorized: 1) Chairman or regional OPZZ deputy chairman of the regional OPZZ 2) other people within the limits of authorization by the chairman of the regional OPZZ and deputy chairman of the regional OPZZ 5. Persons may incur financial obligations on behalf of the provincial territorial structure of OPZZ authorizes such action Presidium of the provincial OPZZ. 6. Making a commitment referred to in paragraph. 5, requires the combined action of at least two people, including the chairman of the OPZZ regional or provincial vice chairman of the OPZZ.
