To make statements regarding property rights and obligations of the company, including signing contracts and incurring liabilities, are entitled: 1) in the case of a one-person board - one member of the board alone, 2) in the case of a multi-person board: - member of the board alone when making statements regarding rights and property obligations of the company with a value not exceeding PLN 15,000.00. - two members of the management board jointly when making statements regarding the company's property rights and obligations with a value exceeding PLN 15,000.00. to make statements regarding the rights and obligations of non-financial corporations: 1) in the case of a one-man board - a member of the board independently, 2) in the case of a multi-person board - two members of the board jointly.
