W dniu 30.07.2022 roku zakupiłam w firmie Ochnik płaszcz skórzany. Był on według mnie kosztowny. Po czym, po 4 miesiącach chcąc zapiąć guzik w rękawie, odeszło dosłownie kawał skóry wraz z guzikiem. Tożsama sytuacja zaczęła dziać się z drugim rękawem. To nie skóra, a papier i to wątpliwej jakości. Zareklamowałam produkt. Dziś otrzymałam odpowiedź, że reklamacji nie uwzględniono. To bezczelność tak potraktować uczciwą osobę. Coś nieprawdopodobnego żeby sprzedać komuś taki bubel ( do tej pory byłam waszą klientką, mąż także) Zbierałam na ten płaszcz cały rok - teraz wystawię wam taką reklamę, że aż "miło". Jak można być tak cwanym? Ja nie chce zwrotu kosztów, ja oczekuje naprawienia szkody. Nr zamówienia 2487809/2022
