The prefabrication plant of FPC NSP sp. Z o. O. Has the possibility to produce construction reinforcement elements of all shapes in the diameter range from ⏀6 mm to ⏀40 mm. The production capacity of the plant is 2,500 tons per month. The plant is equipped with modern machinery for the production of heavy armor and light stirrups from SCHNELL, MEP, STEMA - PEDAX. Preparation and supervision of production takes place using a computer system. On the basis of the quality control carried out, a declaration of conformity of the produced element with the required standards, design and technical specification is issued. The declaration is issued by persons with valid building qualifications.

The scope of services provided:

• prefabrication of stirrups (range of diameters from ⏀6 to ⏀12 mm),
• bending of reinforcing bars (diameter range from ⏀6 to ⏀40 mm),
• production of piles and foundation anchors,
• production of diaphragm wall baskets,
