Nie sądziłam ze wystawię negatywny komentarz a jednak … korzystałam z usług firmy nie jeden raz ( jestem odbiorcą paczek ) .
Za każdym razem jest problem z odbiorem przesyłki lub przesyłka nie dociera do klienta kompletna i trzeba „prosić się” o paczkę ( co wydłuża czas oczekiwania na brakujące zamówienie ) 😥😳.Pan który przywozi przesyłkę nie bardzo ma czas dostarczyć paczkę pod zlecony adres ponieważ ma również innych klientów i się „spieszy” lub ma „nie po drodze”.
Bardzo mi przykro ale w związku z tym nie jestem w stanie polecić usług firmy innym osobom .
Widząc komentarze innych osób nie jestem jedyną osobą która miała niemile doświadczenia podczas odbioru paczek i przechodziła przez podobne sytuacje z firmą.Polecam na przyszłość poprawić standard świadczonych usług i zadbać o klienta aby wszystko było jak należy . Szanujmy swoj czas oraz pieniądze .
