Nie rzetelny, nie dotrzymuje terminów. Kontakt telefoniczny słaby. Rozpoczyna pracę z ponad miesięcznym opóźnieniem, a niedługo minie rok od pierwotnego terminu jej zakończenia, a nie jest to budowa metra tylko remont balkonów w bloku.
