Ten pacjent to jest totalna porażka i żenada!!! Przyjechał do naprawy pieca gazowego, rzekomo zabrał płytkę do sprawdzenia do kolegi, domyślam się że z tego powodu że nie posiada sam żadnego sprzętu do zdiagnozowania bądź nie ma o tym zielonego pojęcia. Miało to potrwać ok 3 godzin i miał dać odpowiedź. Czekając dwa dni na kontakt postanowiliśmy sami dowiedzieć się kiedy w końcu przyjedzie bo jest ujemną temperatura i mamy zimno w domu i tylko zimna wodę. Cały czas odrzucał połączenia od nas przez dwa dni, po 4 dniach od wizyty postanowiliśmy zadzwonić z innego numeru, w momencie gdy Pan usłyszał, że chodzi o nasz piec od razu się rozłączył. Jest jeszcze kwestia płytki ponieważ czekamy na inny serwis, który potwierdzi czy ta płytka została zabrana czy nie, jeżeli tak do dalsza część komentarza nastąpi. Dziękujemy Panu Nikodemowi - właścicielowi, że 5 dzień siedzimy w domu gdzie jest 15 stopni i zimna woda. TA FIRMA To TOTALNA TRAGEDIA!!ZDECYDOWANIE ODRADZAM!
