Pani Beato, nikt nie dostaje nic po znajomości, ponieważ jestem nową mieszkanką wspólnoty. Pani rodzicie chcieli przywłaszczyć sobie komin, który należy do mieszkania, które kupiłam i nie otrzymali na to pozwolenia. Proszę nie wypowiadać się, kiedy nie zna Pani wszystkich faktów.
Zarządca zarządza nieruchomością w sposób prawidłowy.

Totalny brak zaangażowania , zero zebrań a sprawozdania finansowe totalnie nieczytelne. Brać tylko kasę i jak najmniej robić nie polecam!!

Niestety , układy i znajomosci jakie są w tej firmie decydują o losie innych ( 80 letnie , chore osoby przez kaprysy innych, zmuszone są przebywać w domu w 15 stopniach Celsjusza . Co się nie robi dla znajomych …….) Panie zarządco , moze stanąłby Pan po stronie słabszych, schorowanych ludzi a nie arogantów , którzy chcą rządzić wszystkimi .
