Niska jakość usług. Pracownicy nie znają kwestii prawnych związanych z nieruchomościami, np. Ustawy o prawach lokatorów, nie przeszli żadnego szkolenia.
Zdjęcia mieszkań wykonywane są amatorsko, telefonem komórkowym.
Firma nie spisuje protokołu zdania kluczy przed pokazywaniem mieszkania potencjalnym najemcom. Nie posiada siedziby.
W firmie nie było żadnego programu, za pomocą którego dodaje się mieszkania na strony z ogłoszeniami, a taki program jest podstawą w biurze nieruchomości.
