Najgorsza drukarnia z jaką przyszło mi współpracować!!! Unikać szerokim łukiem!!!
Pod koniec marca zleciłam wydruk 500 toreb papierowych, które zamawiane były ze sporym wyprzedzeniem, żeby zdążyć z terminem.
1. Kilkukrotne przeciąganie terminu.
2. Prosiłam, aby doszło chociaż 150 sztuk na jubileusz firmy, to dosłano 100.
3. Jakość toreb fatalna, pomimo zastosowania folii matowej - torby rwały się na oczach gości. Nie nadają się w ogóle do czegokolwiek, tym bardziej że torby nie wytrzymują nawet obciążenia 700g.
4. Obsługi posprzedażowej brak. W kwietniu została zgłoszona reklamacja. Wiele prób połączenia się z właścicielem!!! Dopiero odebrał z numeru, którego wcześniej nie znał. Do dzisiaj nie ma żadnej reakcji pomimo składanych obietnic. Umawia się na spotkanie po czym chowa głowę w piasek. Minął miesiąc od złożenia reklamacji i cisza, pomimo usilnych prób.
Najgorsze jest to, że został polecony przez właściciela z firmy obok, którego znam od lat.
Pracowałam kilka lat w agencji reklamowej stąd doskonale wiem jak praca w agencji reklamowej wygląda "od kuchni". Z takim brakiem szacunku nie spotkałam się nigdy!!!
