Tak złego doświadczenia w zakupach przez Internet nie miałem od lat a kupuję prywatnie i biznesowo dużo. Pogarda dla klienta. Kilkukrotnie opóźniali czas dostawy, finalnie znacznie go przekroczyli. , Ekran nie był mi potrzebny bo już wyjechałem ale mimo wszystko chcą go dostarczyć i grożą opłatą 20zł za dzień składowania jeżeli nie odbiorę płacąc ponownie za przesyłkę.

The worst online store I've ever had contact with. Order worth almost 6,000 PLN, despite the indicated product availability and shipping information up to 3 days, is still being moved in the implementation. They lie in e-mails, change the version of the reasons for the delay. No telephone contact possible. People who correspond by e-mail are completely incompetent and irresponsible.

The company treats its customers completely frivolously. Items with an available status later turn out to be unavailable. Several times I received some ridiculous excuses by e-mail, even though I wanted to exchange the product for another. Every few days I get the information: "Please be advised that the execution of your order, for reasons beyond our control, will be delayed." The order, which was supposed to be fulfilled in a few days, is still suspended after almost a month. I completely do not recommend cooperation with this company.
