Two members of the management board acting jointly (including the president of the company's management board or the vice-president of the company's management board) are authorized to make statements on behalf of the company. In the case of appointing a member of the management board for financial affairs, two members of the company's management board acting jointly, including a member of the board for financial affairs, are entitled to make statements on behalf of the company. The CEO may independently represent the company in relation to third parties in the area of ​​signing contracts and incurring liabilities up to PLN 20,000 net (in words: twenty thousand zlotys) per transaction and not more than PLN 20,000 net (in words: twenty thousand zlotys) for a total of 1 (in words: one) contractor per month. In the case of a one-person board, a member of the board acting independently will be entitled to make statements on behalf of the company.
