In the case of a one-man board, each member of the management board is authorized to make statements and sign on behalf of the company. In the case of a multi-person board, the board's president has the right to represent the company independently, and each member of the board has the right to represent the company independently, however, when entering into contracts and incurring liabilities (including loans) to submit statements, the value of which exceeds PLN 200,000 (in words: two hundred thousand zlotys) cooperation of two members of the board or a board member together with a proxy is required.
