MSG Michał Sędziwy deals with comprehensive real estate services. We work with two law firms specializing in real estate. The leading field of our activity is geodesy.

We provide geodetic services related to the regulation of legal status of real estate, i.e. we resume real estate boundaries in order to elevate property ownership to the property. We divide real estate for the purpose of changing the land development and divisions resulting from legal provisions, inter alia, regulation of the boundaries of real estate, parts of which have been taken for roads, flowing waters or for public purpose investments.

Another range of surveying services provided by MSG is services related to the investment process. One should mention here the geodetic documentation for design purposes and the service of the construction process completed with the as-built inventory. We carry out surveying documentation necessary to receive the construction.

We also perform measurements in the field of engineering geodesy of road facilities, railway routes, technical infrastructure objects, as well as power networks, sewage networks.

We deal with real estate market consulting. We help with administrative procedures related to the regulation of the legal status of real estate or the investment process. In difficult situations, we cooperate with law firms. We advise on matters related to the management of both commercial and residential real estate.
