Właściciel firmy zatrudnia osoby które nie mają pojęcia o pracy! Spawacz który jest np. Kucharzem? Na obiekt przyjeżdża 2-3 osoby i takie osoby maja wykonać prace gdzie powinno być przynajmniej 10 osób! Powód słaba praca, brak umowy o prace.
