Nie polecam,folia ochronna na tel koszt 150 zł odkleja się po 1 miesiącu, kobieta pracująca w punkcie w Galerii Warmińskiej nie mila, chamskie odzywki do klienta. Ogólnie gwarancja niby jest rok czasu a nie chcą przyjąć po miesiącu także po co wprowadzać w błąd klienta naciągacze i tyle.

Nie polecam!!!! 26.08.20 r kupiłam etui na telefon, po tygodniu zaczęło pękać , pan który mnie obsługiwał bardzo bardzo nie miły !!!od razu stwierdził ze nie mam po co składać reklamacji ponieważ cytuje „on takich reklamacji nie uwzględnia i na pewno telefon mi spadł dlatego etui pękło „ Zapewniłam go ze telefon nigdy nie spadł a Pan szyderczo się zaśmiał i z wielka laska wręczył mi druk reklamacyjny . Obiecał ze reklamacja będzie trwała ok 2 tygodniu . Do dziś 20.11.20 nikt się do mnie nie odezwał , nie tak powinno się traktować klienta nawet jeśli reklamacja została przyjęta negatywnie wydaje mi się ze ktokolwiek powinien zadzwonić i mnie o tym poinformować . Etui nie kosztowało 10 zł . Widac za dużo wymagam od obsługi pracującej w tym punkcie . Nie polecam szczerze.
