Młyn Dalachów Grażyna and Stefan Kurczakowscy Sp.j. since 1960, it has been cultivating the traditions of the local milling industry, combines many years of experience with modern technologies in the field of purchase and processing of cereals with a view to constant and high quality.

The Dalach mill has been over 50 years of the family milling tradition. Since 1960, he has been a producer of wheat flours for local markets. In the eyes of both individual customers and business partners, it enjoys the reputation of a reliable producer and suppliers of top quality flours.

In 2011, the existing production plant has been expanded to include another wheat mill with a grinding capacity of 300 tonnes / 24h. It was equipped with modern machines and technological process of a leading German machine manufacturer for the grain and milling industry. Since 2012, we have also been buying and milling rye.

The company has implemented and since 2003 has been using the HACCP system, since 2013 also the IFS FOOD system. She was also awarded with the Consumer Laurel and the Company of the Year distinction.

The plant has storage facilities for raw material with a capacity of 10,000 tons, containers for packaging products and a flat warehouse for packed ready-made products.
