MKJ TELERADIOLOGIA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ

I am the Medical Director of Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Department in Oława, Poland. We have had agreement with MKJ teleradiology since May 2024. Lately we changed a CT scanner and also our operating system. According to our contract of agreement with MKJ there is no extra fee agreed to be imposed on our Hospital in order to perform the integration with our new operating system (agreement does not specify how many times they need to integrate and also says that all the costs of integration lies on MKJ). Unfortunately, MKJ asked for an integration fee (of course overinflated), which resulted in disruption of our reporting service (our patients currently have to travel to another hospital to have their scans done and reported after hours as we do not have radiologist on site at our facility over night).When I contacted MKJ office, I was told that they will look into that, yet almost 3 days have passed and despite my constant phone calls, they are not responding. Obviously, as a Chief of Medical Department, I strongly dicourage any medical facilities from using MKJ service. I also must mention that majority of their reports are rather poor (some look "google-translated"), which of course is a separate issue for us to review. We also had to correct endless invoices given by MKJ in which they we clearly overestimatiing the amout of areas they reported. Overall, poor service.
