Przewoźnik realizuje transport na potrzeby dyskontu sklepów spożywczych z owadem w tle. Umowa niska, część wynagrodzenia nie ozusowana mimo wykazania tego w przelewie. Brak podstawowych środków ochrony osobistej, ubrań roboczych i rękawiczek. Auta w kiepskim stanie technicznym. Bezczelność przełożonych na porządku dziennym.
