Radzę uważać na ten autokomis.
Zakupione auto w bardzo dobry stanie to prawda. Ale sprzedający (właściciel komisu) jest krętaczem. Po pierwsze zaniża na fakturze kwotę sprzedaży za pojazd i cześć pieniędzy bierze do kieszeni. Każe zrzec się rekojmi grożąc ze nie sprzeda pojazdu. Niestety Pan Mirek nie ma świadomości ze są inne możliwości uzyskania roszczeń przez Kupującego a zmuszenie strony Kupującej do zrzeczenia się rekojmi jest niezgodne z prawem.
