The company was established in 2012 as an entity appointed to implement the project involving the micronization of biomass for the purpose of professional power engineering. The launch of the project coincided with a drastic reduction in the use of biomass in the energy sector, as a result of which a decision was made to reconstruct the company's business profile. After completing the appropriate team of professional traders, they started looking for trade opportunities in the energy industry. The breakthrough came in the half of 2013 when the company concluded the first contracts for the supply of rapeseed oil and biomass imported from the east. In the third quarter of 2013, the company was fully prepared financially and organisationally so as to be able to become a reliable wholesale supplier to the largest recipients in the country and abroad.
