In fact, the blocks are dirty, and the cleaning company operates in the form of a cleaner, who with a cigarette in his teeth can wash the corridors and staircases in a few blocks of flats ... Apart from that, apart from cleaning fees, the residents pay some separate money to buy cleaning products, etc. If any community is considering this administration, I strongly advise against. In those communities where they already manage, I suggest to do a solid financial audit ... This is kind advice for the good of the inhabitants ...
