🚨 Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable service 🚨
I paid in advance and sent my document for translation by email. For 5 days they had both my money and my document, but nothing was done. When I called to ask, they gave inconsistent excuses (first that they didn’t see the email, then a story about being absent).
Even after I explained my situation was urgent for official administration, they refused to help. Instead of acting professionally, the translator started shouting at me, saying she would just return my money and told me to “go to Poznań or somewhere else.”
This behavior is completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and in violation of basic consumer rights. A business that treats clients this way should not be allowed to operate.
I strongly do not recommend this service.
