Pomimo zawarcia umowy notarialnej oraz jednoznacznie określonego terminu jej realizacji (31 grudnia ubiegłego roku), zobowiązanie Pani Magdaleny, właściciela spółki, nie zostało wykonane w całości.
Do dnia publikacji opinii, mimo upływu kolejnego roku oraz wcześniejszych ustaleń, istotna część zobowiązania nadal pozostaje niewykonana.
