Dziwię się jak firma z tak olewczym stosunkiem do klienta może działać na rynku. Zależało mi na czasie, aby naprawić okno po włamaniu. Po ponad 4 miesiącach dzwonienia i proszenia się, aby usługa została zakończona, niestety nie doczekałem się i dokończyłem naprawę okna we własnym zakresie. Przed zleceniem właściciel odbierał telefony i był dobry kontakt, im dłużej trwała naprawa, tym kontakt był gorszy aż się urwał. Nie polecam nikomu, co raczej oczywiste, zważywszy na powyższe.

Firma totalnie niepoważna i nieprofesjonalna, podejście do klienta bez szacunku, współpraca ciężka od samego początku ale zależało nam na czasie, a i tak finalnie okna zamontowano na raty i to po KILKUNASTU TYGODNIACH od terminu, po wykonaniu wielu telefonów, których i tak przeważnie nie odbierano, nie odpisywano na wiadomości, a jak już udało się skontaktować to podawano nam nieprawdziwe terminy montażu, zwodzenie na każdym kroku, obiecano nam rekompensatę ale oczywiście pomimo obietnic i naszych przypomnień nikt się do tej pory nie odezwał. Omijać szerokim łukiem!!!

Polecam omijać szerokim łukiem. Wszystko od początku było nie tak. Począwszy od doradztwa i projektowania, a na samej realizacji i montażu kończąc. Cała ekipa niekompetentna. Byłem zwodzony tygodniami odnośnie dostawy i montażu.Okna niby uszkodzone podczas dostawy, a jak zadzwoniłem do firmy produkującej moje okna - okazało się, że nawet jeszcze nigdy nie były oszklone. Koniec końców część okien wylądowała oparta o ścianę budynku, bez zabezpieczenia na ziemi czekając na montaż. Wstawione okna początkowo niewyregulowane, właściciel unika kontaktu, cały czas odwleka temat wypłaty rekompensaty.
