Liquid Rubber waterproofing is liquid protective coatings based on water, applied by spraying or with the help of rollers and brushes. They form a seamless, tightly adherent, highly elastic (stretch to 1300% and return to the original shape!) Membrane that prevents water penetration and protects against damage caused by water, UV rays or corrosive chemicals. Liquid Rubber flat roof insulation has the necessary certificates and permits allowing material for the Polish market.
What are the advantages of this technology? Easy and fast application. Bonding to most building materials. No need to remove tar paper, rust removal of sheet metal, asbestos disposal. Puncture resistance, cracking and abrasion. Excellent chemical resistance and non-flammability. Non-toxic - no solvents and volatile substances. Safety for people and the environment.
Thanks to the liquid coating of Liquid Rubber S-200, independent roof repair is not only possible, but also very simple. It does not require the use of any special tools or having much construction knowledge. Sealing the roof, balcony or terrace is done with a brush and nonwoven strip, the process itself is extremely short. Removing smaller cracks or leaks takes a few moments, and sealing the entire roof (depending on its size) several hours.
