Hello (Tragedy !!!) The first contact with MB Taras and Mr. Michał was very nice and friendly. He made a good impression on us, among other things that he was one of the few who did not have any fear on his face after getting to know the scope of the work. Apartment in the attic, about 110 m2 on the floor. Mr. Michał himself set the date of commencement of works on December 15, 21 and their completion on January 21, 22. everyone else said it took 2.5-3 months to get it right, so I asked if he was sure he could do it. He answered yes. Currently it is 7 weeks late !!!!! The number of errors is knocking down !!! The most important thing for us was to check the tightness of the heating and water system, because before MB Taras started renovating the apartment, another man was working in it, who was, proverbial, kicked out from there. Unfortunately, this man managed to make some modifications and move the radiators. At the very beginning, Mr. MICHAŁ was informed about it and asked to first check the tightness of the installation. There was no end to the excuses why he couldn't do this. About two weeks ago when 90% of the work was completed. Mr. Michał finally checked the tightness of the installation, which resulted in flooding a large part of the apartment. Then Mr.Michał said that he washes his hands of this leak because it was not him who put the installations and not his people pierced the pipe. He charged us for buying damaged tiles, pipe fittings, glue and concrete that he used to repair the damage. I sincerely advise against working with this company!
