I am beyond disappointed with MAYA GROUP sp. z o.o.. Not only did they load banned shoes instead of the sweaters we ordered, but when we raised a claim with clear evidence, they blocked us and stopped responding. This lack of accountability and blatant disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services if you value reliability and honesty .We bear a loss of €5,560.
We will not recommend anyone to work with them as they have done fraud with us.
