Korzystałem z usług Pana Mateusza przy wynajmie mieszkania i jestem zadowolony. Proces przebiegł sprawnie, Pan Mateusz był pomocny, odpowiadał na pytania i zadbał o formalności. Dzięki temu szybko znalazłem odpowiednie mieszkanie i podpisałem umowę bez problemów.

We had an excellent experience with FINEST ESTATE and are thoroughly satisfied with their service. Everything was handled professionally and reliably. They assisted us with obtaining a PESEL number, prepared all the necessary documents for an occasional rental, and helped us with other formalities. They even organized a moving company for us. Communication with the owner, Mr. Mateusz, was outstanding and consistent throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

My experience renting an apartment in Warsaw through Mateusz Kruk (owner of Finest Estate) was unfortunately quite negative. While he initially came across as professional and capable, his ability to follow through on his promises was severely lacking. Despite assuring me that I would receive the keys to the apartment within two weeks, there were significant delays, and Mateusz became increasingly difficult to reach. There were several more things that Mateusz had to do and either they were extremely late done or he didn't do them at all. For example the apartment was in need of repairs, it was agreed to be done in a couple of days, but it took weeks. There were mistakes in the contract which were never fixed. There were other issues Mateusz promised to sort out, but once he received his fee from both the owner and myself, he became completely unresponsive, ignoring our phone calls and messages and leaving the contract issues unresolved. Based on my experience and other reviews I have found online, it seems like this is unfortunately common for Mateusz. Therefore, I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Mateusz to set very clear and firm deadlines for every single request. If these deadlines are not met, it may be best to walk away from the deal. Additionally, make sure that you only paid after everything has been fully completed. Overall, my experience with Mateusz Kruk and Finest Estate was a frustrating and disappointing one.
