Dnia21.04.2020r.dokonałem zwrotu paczką pocztową latarkę ANKMOCX5 do zam.423.Latarkę otrzymałem w dn.15.04.2020r.niesprawną.W paczce latarka wraz z akcesoriami w oryginalnym opakowaniu,fakturą i opisem powodu zwrotu zprośbą o zwrot gotówki.Zwrot dokonałem na adres wystawcy faktury Mates&CO.Przesyłka w Warszawie w dniu 23.04.2020r o godz.8.45 przekazana do doręczenia. i nie odebrana.W tym dniu awizo poczty o godz.15.09,drugie awizo w dniu 04.05.br.,następne awizo w dniu 15.05.br.,następne awizo w dniu 25.05.br.wystawione przez UP Warszawa1.Proszę o odpowiedż,dlaczego nie następuję odbiór zwróconej latarki.Kilkakrotnie wysyłałem maile do sales,support i brak odpowiedzi.Wobec powyższego zwracam całóść sprawy na policję.Pozdrawiam
