Absolutnie nie polecam tej firmy! 5 mc zamrożenia pieniędzy, praca nie wykonana, nie chcą oddać zaliczki. Po utracie cierpliwości z naszej strony, wynikającej z przekładania terminu montażu z tygodnia na tydzień i owijania kota ogonem, że to nasza wina, bo Pan Grzegorz miał inną koncepcję wykonania naszych balkonów niż my. Próby wymuszenia na nas montażu balustrad, jakie Master-House robić potrafi. Pani Iwona nawijająca makaron na uszy, do momentu otrzymania na konto pieniędzy. Skierowali do nas swojego "dekarza", który wykonuje prace wykończeniowe i kładzie płytki w łazienkach - zrobił wycenę okucia balkonów przekraczającą cenę, którą zapłaciliśmy za położenie całego dachu naszego domu. Pan Grzegorz cały czas próbował udowodnić, że dekarz musi wykończyć balkony, dlatego też wyczekaliśmy aż nasz dekarz znajdzie czas i do nas przyjedzie na obróbkę. Przyjechał pracownik firmy Maste-House na spotkanie z naszym dekarze i razem stwierdzili, że nie potrzeba tej obróbki. Do tego czasu minęły 3 mc. I tak od tego spotkania minęły kolejne 2 mc. Dalej ani widu, ani słuchu po montażu. Jeżeli zaliczka nie zostanie zwrócona, sprawa skończy się w sądzie. Zgłosiliśmy już nasze zastrzeżenia do UOKiK. Jeżeli chcecie sobie oszczędzić takich nieprzyjemności za grube pieniądze - omijajcie Maste-House oraz Loftowedesigh szerokim łukiem.
