Fachowcem bym tego Pana nie nazwał. Mimo, że posiada uprawnienia to wykonanie daje dużo do życzenia. Popełnia dużo niebezpiecznych błędów. Trzeba po nim poprawiać i płacić drugi raz za fachowca z prawdziwego zdażenia.
