The guy is a bungler over the bunglers. Came without items to be replaced (leaking toilet, drain valve to be replaced), repaired the toilet ... note silicone and scribbled on a piece of paper that it gives a 5-year warranty. He left the toilet leaking to the max and said the silicone had to come off and it would be fine for sure. So that there are as few of such bunglers as possible.
