Powder painting

This is by far the most effective of modern methods of metal coating used today. In contrast to traditional varnish, powder coating guarantees smooth coatings without streaks, no bubble cracks and wrinkles. The temperature resistance of the coating is approx. 100 ° C. The coatings are characterized by very good mechanical properties and high resistance to chemical agents. They are used for protective, anti-corrosive and decorative painting of metal objects. Particular advantage of powder paints is their versatility of use (thanks to the possibility of obtaining coatings with different gloss levels in a wide range of textures and structures, in full RAL colors).

Sandblasting, shot blasting

Sandblasting - a technological process consisting in cleaning or shaping any surface with abrasive material in a stream of compressed air or liquid. The sanding effect is similar to grinding, however, the cleaned surface is even and obtains the roughness required for painting, and there are no problems with cleaning hardly accessible corners or curves. Sanding is one of the most effective ways to evenly clean painted surfaces.

TIG welding

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding consists in generating an electric arc with a non-combustible tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield. An inseparable welding method for all sheet thicknesses and in all positions. The advantages of TIG welding are:
- Accelerated delivery time.
- Smaller additional work due to reduction of discoloration on the workpiece.
- Permanent joint.
- Deep penetration.
- Minimization of errors during tack welding.

Laser

Laser cutting is a safe process for the material being cut. Thanks to the non-contact method, laser cutting does not damage the material. In addition, the material that will be cut, does not require specialized preparation. Laser cutting is a way to quickly and accurately receive even very complex designs.

• high quality, better in comparison to machining on instruments, high quality edges, the machining of which is unnecessary.
• attractive prices, because the cost for small lot production is several times lower compared to traditional methods.
• possibility of cutting out of difficult-to-cut materials: aluminum, copper, brass.
• possibility of cutting out of galvanized sheets.
• providing drawings in * .dxf, * .dwg format on a digital medium, made in CAD computer programs, e.g. AUTOCAD, DESIGNCAD, etc. significantly shortens the execution time.
• maximum use of material (almost waste-free) due to optimizing the arrangement of details on the sheet.
