To be a good insurance agent and professional customer advisor, you need to know the insurance industry very well and, above all, have complete knowledge of the products they offer. This knowledge cannot be acquired permanently because the insurance products market is developing and changing very quickly, which is why you need to constantly train and improve. I try to participate in all product training, thanks to which the acquired knowledge translates into the reliability of concluded contracts and thus the satisfaction of my clients.
