MARCO-OIL started its activity in 2001. The first station, which was then opened, initiated the development of a dynamic, modern company from the segment of retail sales of liquid fuels.
The first customers of the company were retail customers, and the products offered to them were limited to basic liquid fuels and automotive accessories.
Hard work and commitment to building the MARCO-OIL brand, high level of services provided and the quality of the products offered quickly brought results. Already in the following year 2002 another own station was started, and in 2003 the company expanded its activity to include a wholesale fuel distribution channel. Thanks to the cooperation with the Advertising Agency, the company has obtained a professional image, which until today is a showcase of the company and one of the most recognizable signs in the domestic fuel industry.
Suppliers of MARCO-OIL
From the beginning of its existence, MARCO-OIL focused on cooperation with domestic producers and major foreign fuel concerns. This allowed us to supply customers with all fuel types that meet the strictest European quality standards and the company provided access to the latest technologies and a rich treasury of knowledge.
The launch of MARCO-OIL POLSKA Sp. z o. o
In 2008, MARCO-OIL POLSKA was registered, which gradually took over the wholesale fuel distribution channel. Last years are another major investment in the development of the fuel station network by purchasing a franchise petrol station in the colors of the international STATOIL concern.
Cooperation with VOLVO and STOKOTA
2011 marked the beginning of the development of the company's logistics department. The company purchased the first of its own specialized means of transport. The fleet of VOLVO tractors and semi-trailers of the STOKOTA brand appeared in the fleet.
Authorization agreement with PKN ORLEN SA
Since 2011 MARCO-OIL is also an authorized distributor of Ekoterm Plus heating oil produced by PKN ORLEN SA
MARCO-OIL is a company with traditions with an established position on the wholesale liquid fuels market in Poland. Turnover volume, a wide range of offered products and their distribution locations, modern fleet of tank trucks and the latest IT solutions put the company at the forefront of domestic fuel operators.
The main recipients of MARCO-OIL products include companies from the TSL sector, construction and manufacturing companies, independent petrol stations, public sector companies, government agencies and companies dealing in wholesale fuel sales throughout the country. At present, the group of satisfied permanent customers of the company consists of over 400 entities, of which over 300 decided to bind to MARCO-OIL long-term contracts.
Sales volume
The final financial year of MARCO-OIL closed its turnover at less than PLN 300,000,000.00. By translating the amounts for MARCO-OIL products, it delivered a total of over 64,000,000.00 liters of liquid fuels to its customers, which means on average almost 300,000 liters delivered every day.
The nearest future
MARCO-OIL development plans for the coming years assume further sustainable development of sales in the Wholesale Fuel Channel and the development of the fuel station network both in its own colors and based on the franchise formula.
