Kupiłem od tej firmy 2 frezarki w 2016 i 2018. Niestety jeżeli chodzi o serwis, to cały czas był problem. Na większość rzeczy trzeba czekać miesiącami i się upominać. Tym razem postanowiłem napisać opinię, żeby nikt nie dał się nabrać na współpracę z tą firmą.
W listopadzie 2021 zamówiłem osłony prowadnic za ponad 14000zł. Dostawa miała nastąpić po ok 60 dniach. Oczywiście nie miała miejsca ale nie zmartwiło mnie to, bo po wcześniejszych doświadczeniach z MAR-TOOLS byłem na to przygotowany. Ostatni kontakt nastąpił w kwietniu, właściciel twierdził, że pracownik działał na własną rękę ale sprawę wyprostuje. Od tego czasu (teraz jest czerwiec 2022) nie ma kontaktu ani telefonicznego ani mailowego.
Przepraszam, raz udało mi się dodzwonić od tego czasu. Po przedstawieniu się, Pan stwierdził, że zaraz ktoś oddzwoni i to był koniec wszelkiego kontaktu. Ostrzegam przed tą firmą.
