I received my order today - the shoes are phenomenal, but unfortunately I have to order a larger one. I ordered the Mimose flat in dark green.

I ordered the Neveah ballerinas and it was a good choice. The shoes are not only beautiful but also comfortable. I am glad that women who choose flat-soled shoes can also find something special. Ballerinas studded with sequins with lace embroidered on the net, all carefully finished and delicate - I would classify this model as a wedding classic.

From ordering to receiving the shoes, everything went smoothly, I had to replace the shoes because they turned out to be too small (Amber). When waiting for the second size, there was a delay of several days, but it did not affect my fitting, I bought the shoes well in advance. I would use the store's services again and I will definitely come back here. They have beautiful and timeless shoes, even ballerinas, as in my case, attracted the attention of guests, and this is probably the best recommendation.

ATTENTION! Saying a RELIABLE SELLER about this person is like saying nothing ... At the turn of April and June 2021, I ordered a total of three pairs of shoes (two for me, one for my mother) for about PLN 3200. All of them were to come on the dress fitting day at the latest. As it turned out, I only got two (without the one I cared about the most, of course). The shoes for my mother turned out to be too small, so I sent it back and left one pair for myself. I cannot say a bad word about the shoes themselves - they are simply beautiful, comfortable, made a great impression. On the other hand, about customer service and especially about handling returns ... DRAMAT. So far (04/04/2022) I have not recovered the funds for the return of the order (over PLN 2,000). The telephones are silent, and no one answers the e-mail. Even the pre-trial request for payment sent in October 2021 did not impress anyone. The case is currently pending in court. The person who runs the shop continues to go unpunished. From what I can see and read on the web, I'm not the only one deceived. Ladies and Gentlemen, for a long time, she has been trading quite a lot of money for her clients and has everything for nothing. Blocked adding reviews on fb or google. Case? I do not think so. Overall - The shoes are beautiful and worth the price, but it's safer to order directly from the designer on the official website.

I also do not recommend the company due to the lack of a refund for the returned products. I've been waiting for over 2 months. No telephone contact. The company does not receive letters addressed to the office, it replies casually to the e-mails and ignores them. I strongly advise you to avoid this store, there are much more transparent and reliable companies.

I can recommend the sandals (Alexandra) that I ordered are very carefully made and you can see their high quality. It takes a long time to get orders, but in my opinion it is worth it. I would use it a second time and I will recommend it.
