Szkolenie z samoobrony prowadzone przez pana Maćka oraz pana Jędrzeja było na bardzo wysokim poziomie i spotkało się z dużym zainteresowaniem ze strony pracowników. Zajęcia były profesjonalnie przygotowane, a przekazana wiedza praktyczna i przydatna. Uczestnicy nie tylko nauczyli się podstawowych technik samoobrony, ale również zyskali większą świadomość na temat potencjalnych zagrożeń oraz sposobów ich unikania w codziennych sytuacjach – zarówno w pracy, jak i poza nią. Szkolenie miało realny wpływ na poczucie bezpieczeństwa w zespole i zdecydowanie warto je polecić innym firmom jako element działań z zakresu bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy.
