Pan Maciej Moskal z Vimo przejął piece Viessmann w mojej nieruchomości. Po dokładnym sprawdzeniu zakwestionował działanie jednego z pieców mimo że nikt wcześniej nie zgłaszał zastrzeżeń. Po dokładnym zbadaniu okazało się że jedna z części została uszkodzona podczas montażu pieca ponad dwa lata temu. Pan Maciej błyskawicznie zorganizował nową część zapasową pomimo braku dostępności tej części w Viessmannie w Krakowie. Polecam Vimo i Pana Macieja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z klientem, troska o poprawność działania i bezpieczeństwo (telefony nawet w weekend).
