I am a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk in Gdańsk, majoring in economic cybernetics and IT. I was a participant in the MBA program run by the French Institute of Management. I also completed post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of banking and company value management.

Practically my entire professional career is closely related to the broadly understood financial services market and management of business organizations.

I worked in commercial and state-owned banks, financial enterprises or entities providing various types of services to them.

I have been running business consulting business since 2009. As part of my own activity, I participated, among others, in processes related to the restructuring of enterprises (sanation, spin-offs) and activities aimed at implementing investment projects (financing), audits and IPO / PRE-IPO.

I have the skill to organize work with Contractors and Customers as well as manage teams of co-workers. Due to the positions I have, I have a good knowledge of banking products, investment and insurance funds as well as debt collection activities, both judicial and extrajudicial. I also have practical knowledge in the field of corporate finance, business process organization, business organization management, and enterprise restructuring and transformation. I have experience in both strategic and operational management.

In carrying out commissioned projects, I cooperate with a team of proven specialists and partners.
