Został zakupiony telefon nie taki jak trzeba i gdy chciało się zwrócić Pani powiedziała że nie można.Takie informacje powinny być wywieszane na zewnątrz a nie pochowane po szafkach lub powiedziane przy zakupie że nie ma prawa się zwracać. Gdy się kupowało Pani była przemiła a gdy chciało się zwrócić Pani nie tryskała radością.
