Praca niedokładna, kosztowna.
Ściany nieodkurzone, nieumyte, nie usunięto drobnych uszkodzeń.
Pokryto jedna warstwą farby.jako przyczynę podano stare ściany.
Przedpokój odnawiano od podstaw i też niedokładnie, bo zmywalna farba zmywa się z sufitu.
