Łukasz Steczko i jego firma Ste-bud to prawdziwa patologia pośród firm budowlanych. To jest właśnie brak wiedzy, brak profesjonalizmu, to partacz i skąpiec. Jestem kierownikiem budowy i nadzorowałem budowę gdzie firma Ste-Bud była wykonawcą stanu surowego domu w Mnikowie. A poniżej dokładne fakty: Łukasz Steczko jako wykonawca domu rozszalował mi w zimie po tygodniu od wylania strop monolityczny nad parterem nikogo o tym nie informując. Strop pękł i się złamał. Strzałka ugięcia wynosiła 7cm. Szalunki były wynajęte i on za nie płacił. Skąpstwo Łukasza przerosło wszystkie możliwości. Wynagrodzenie wziął bez faktury. Po wezwaniu do poprawy stropu zarządzał ponownej zapłaty za ten sam strop, tym razem chciał wystawić fakturę a wtedy obiecał, że zastanowi się nad naprawą po podwójnej zapłacie. Koszt ekspertyzy to kilka tysięcy, koszt naprawy i opóźnień w budowie na prawie rok oraz koszt wzrostu cen materiałów to ponad kilkadziesiąt tysięcy. Ale Łukasz Steczko się tym nie przejmuje. Pieniądze zabrał i telefonu nie odbiera. Nie polecam!
