I supervise many development projects. I prepare budgets and forecasts, and conduct implementation control and deviations analysis. My reporting of management information is used to make decisions by management of the company. I carry out profitability analyzes by products, distribution channels and clients. Control of costs, liabilities, receivables, tax and balance sheet results has been everyday for many years.
