Not recommended.
Our experience with this company was disappointing. They were unable to resolve delays effectively, and I had to personally contact the unloading point to secure a time slot faster than their representative could.
Their compensation for truck waiting time is minimal and does not reflect the actual losses incurred. The communication was slow and unhelpful in critical moments.
I especially do not recommend working with Michał Zakrzewski — in my opinion, he lacks the experience and professionalism required to manage logistics tasks properly.
