Uwaga dla wszystkich rozważających pracę w Lindner!
Jeśli zastanawiasz się nad pracą w tej firmie, dobrze się zastanów. Doświadczyłem na własnej skórze, jak wygląda tam rzeczywistość. Praca po 10 godzin dziennie, a rozliczane tylko 9. Przymuszanie do pracy „na metry”, czyli szybciej, więcej, byle jak, bez względu na bezpieczeństwo i zdrowie. Atmosfera? Ciągła presja, obgadywanie ekip, zero szacunku ze strony kierownictwa.
Co do wypłaty – comiesięczna loteria. Nie wiadomo, ile dostaniesz, za ile godzin, z jakiego powodu potrącili Ci kasę. Wymuszane podpisywanie urlopu by zwiększyć kwoty wypłat. A jak chcesz wyjaśnień? Powodzenia! Fiszki trzeba wyrywać siłą, a biuro w Chorzowie nie reaguje
Jeśli komuś odpowiada praca w takim chaosie, to jego wybór. Ja ostrzegam – bo uważam, że nikt nie powinien godzić się na takie traktowanie.
