The lady says it is my fault because I had to drop the table top, which I did not do, and no other damage or interference with the wood slice took place, because it fell apart before I started sticking my legs to it. Goods of tragic quality, but the worst thing is the approach to the customer. It does not take into account the guarantee, because it believes that the only entitlement is a refund within 14 days related to the distance purchase.
