The LAFAYE roaster is a family company operating on several levels related directly to the production and distribution of freshly roasted coffee. We are flexible and we are always looking for solutions that are beneficial for our customers and partners. Coffee beans are burnt in a traditional drum oven, also known as a masterpiece. In one cycle, we burn not more than 60 kg of grain, at a temperature of up to 200 degrees Celsius. After firing, the grain is cooled slowly, with a stream of air, not with water, as is the case with the industrial production of coffees. Such treatments make LAFAYE coffee have a truly rich flavor and intense aroma, distinguishing themselves from readily available "market" products.
